Our Thanksgiving Centipede

Our Thanksgiving Centipede, originally uploaded by Madame Meow.

Wishing you a happy Thanksgiving, even if you don't celebrate!

Because, really, we are all grateful for many things; it's just that not all of us eat turkey, yams, mashed potatoes, stuffing and other traditional vittles to show our gratitude.

And speaking of tradition, we're thinking that finding a centipede on Thanksgiving morning is quite an event! Well, maybe not a super event, but it was exciting, and it would be nice if it became a tradition– our Thanksgiving Centipede, here to remind us that even little bugs contribute to better living in our homes.

I am grateful for your reading. I am grateful for your time. I am grateful for your clicks. I am grateful for your laughs and comments.

Thank you.

  1. You know something funny? When I read your post title, I thought I was going to see a picture of a Thanksgiving centerpiece. I used to confuse the words when I was little, and I thought maybe someone else had that association, too. Imagine my surprise to see an actual centipede, which would make a rather startling centerpiece for a Thanksgiving feast.
    Happy Thanksgiving!
