Triple Digits/Road Zen/Warm Fuzzies

It’s almost 11 pm and it’s 90 degrees outside. That sounds like a bad joke, but it so is not.

The moon is a perfect half-cheese, peeking through a curtain of yellow soot.

Hazy.
Hot.
Humid.

So what does the Meow family do when the weather is extreme? We take a road trip, of course!

Wish us smooth sailing… er, driving; I may not be updating as much this week, but I’ll probably take the Wub and do a write-and-save bit. It’ll also be Herr Meow’s first big car trip, so that ought to be interesting. Traveling with him at 3 and 4 months was relatively easy; we’ll see if he goes stir crazy wishing for stairs.

________

Finally, a little something from The Pajama Mama, via the Crazy Hip Blog Mamas, and I quote:

Therefore, I christen today (and the next few days) “Bloggin’ Good Blogger Days” in the blogging community. Your mission, shall you choose to accept it (and you will), is to go to as many blogs as you can and point out at least one good thing about the author of that blog. Do your best to give them a warm fuzzy feeling. Show your appreciation, admiration or plain old joy.

Tell them why something they did touched you, why a choice they made shows the true fabric of their moral being. Just go BE NICE to every blogger who’s blog you read today. And don’t be shy, either!!

Plus, post an entry similar to this one on YOUR blog and ask people to leave warm fuzzies in your comments. Spread the love, people!

Maybe if we take a week to engage in warm fuzzies, they will become a more permanent part of our daily lives, both on and off the computer.

In review:

1. Leave me a warm fuzzy in my comments.

2. Post a similar entry (or copy and paste this one, giving credit) on your own blog.

3. Leave a warm fuzzy on every blog you visit today.

4. Sit back, read your own warm fuzzies and feel, well, warm and fuzzy!

Enjoy!

It shall take me a while to leave love to other blogs, but in the meantime I do want to thank my loyal readership. **WARM FUZZIES** to you all.

Your blog is very cute and funny — I look forward to hearing more of your zen sarcasm! And maybe we’ll even meet up for lunch someday and exchange warm fuzzies in person… 😉

Very warm fuzzies to you, my child. You know I am your most devoted and loyal fan. That is precisely the reason I don’t leave comments usually–because I would just be waxing poetic about how wonderful and great I think you are, and then I might embarass you. But I DO think that your are WONDERFUL and GREAT, and I think your blog is smart and funny and clever and well written too!!!
So there– warm fuzzies and more warm fuzzies to the BEST DAUGHTER EVAH who is now the BEST MOMMIE EVAH and the BEST BLOGGER EVAH, to boot!!!! YAY!!!!!!
Love and more warm fuzzies yet,
    Yo mama
