Woo! That was a quickie! They shall announce the name shortly, but we are now seemingly not without Pope anymore! In other words, the Pope done bin ‘lected and sheeet!

Quoting from NBC, the white smoke was seen at 11:49 EDT, and the bells (clear sign that the smoke was, indeed, white) rang at 12:04 EDT.

So it’s been over twenty friggin’ minutes and no news yet. Talk about hamming it up! Jesus! Thek keep on fluttering some sort of curtain and being all coy and crap about it! Out with it!!! *ROAR*

***waiting with bated breath for the name of the new Pope***

…. and the crowd goes WILD! Cardinal Jorge Arturo Medina Estevez is making the announcement, showing off in different languages…. but seriously…. just get on with it! Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger it is, ladies und gentlemen! The mystery is solved!
