Do you hear that silkiness? It’s the sound of my well-rested eyelids batting my eyelashes thoughtfully; this is a sound that has eluded me for a while.
Tooth now sprouted, it seems The Meow is sleeping longer. Today he woke up at almost 5 am, and you have nooooo idea what kind of a difference that makes. Then again, I never thought that sleeping six hours uninterrupted could be considered a luxury.
Anyway, it sure beats the Monsieur’s idea of getting a family sized prescription of Lunesta. Or at least just a his n’ hers and letting the kid bawl while we lay unconscious.
Mmm…. unconscious.
Of course even with minimal sleep, Herr Meow can certainly pull the ladies. Yesterday evening he managed to captivate, solely with the cuteness of his feet dangling from the carrier, an incredibly nice Aussie girl who turned out to be E š! Ah, small world this is. (Hi E!)
